Lockheed Eyes $5 billion in Sales to Saudis


Lockheed Martin, the US arms and aerospace manufacturer, is looking to sell $5 billion in ships to the Saudi Arabian government, Arabian Business reports.

The proposal for sale, through the US Navy, is for Littoral Combat Ships (more information here) that will be “outfitted with its Aegis radar in a package that may be valued at $5bn,” the article reports, citing an executive.
